HB 4                                                                         
Representative Kelly moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw             
the following:                                                                 
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 4                                                              
"An Act relating to permits issued by the Department of Fish and              
Game for activities in anadromous fish streams, to forest land use             
plans prepared by the Department of Natural Resources, to rights-              
of-way, easements, and permits issued by the Department of                     
Natural Resources, and to disposal of state land and interests in              
state land."                                                                   
                                                                               
There being no objection, HB 4 was withdrawn.
